Oakland Park is a newly-opened purpose-built game processing plant and deer conservation reserve dealing with different aspects of the game industry and selling fresh and frozen game to wholesales and butchers.
We are certified by the FSA and have also applied to SALSA and awaiting their approval. At Oakland Park, we aim to provide sustainable, high-quality game. We can supply whole carcasses, haunches, saddles, shoulders, diced meat, trim, and stock bones for each species. For example, we offer muntjac haunches (on the bone, butterfly, diced, boned and rolled), muntjac saddles (on the bone, dragonfly, shoulders, or whole fillets), and similar cuts for other species of deer.
We are also supplying a top quality range of venison sausages, meatballs, burgers, and koftas. We feel our vast product range caters to all requirements but any special requests, or something you don’t see, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Directions:
From Chieveley Services, drive straight through the coach and fuel lane. Having passed the BP garage, take the next left and straight ahead you will see double green gates. Continue through the gates and up the hill to follow the road around to our compound. Be aware there is a public by way just before our entrance. On your drive down you will notice some of our deer parks on your left.
