Pam and Robin Marshall-Ball have developed a wide variety of simply-prepared game-based dishes, and specialise in on-site catering for every event from informal shoot lunches to garden parties of up to 100 people. We are committed supporters of BASC’s Taste of Game campaign and have received high acclaim from all those attending our game cookery demonstrations and game tasters on the BASC stand at shows and fairs in the South-west Region. Our all-colour game cookery booklet, ‘Simple Game’ has sold so well that there have been a succession of re-prints!
